Yeah, "Case of Tifa" is part of the "On the Way to a Smile" novella, written by Nojima. It details, from Tifa's POV, what transpires between the end of FF7 and the beginning of Advent Children. Other stories include "Case of Denzel" and "Case of Barret", and then "Maiden Who Travels the Planet", though it's not part of the OTWTS novella. I think. ^_^'
